Im trying to use the Appear effect and its not working right.
The IMG Appear effect works but it flashes the image real quick
before it does it. I also tried to “Preload the Image” to. I am
using the effect on “onload” setting for both Appear affect and
Preload setting. The preload setting is on my main frameset. I just
cant seam to get the image to stop loading before the appear
effect.
