Im not sure if this is even possible but i would appreciate
some feedback :) .

What i want to do is have a list of items which when clicked
take me onto a different frame or play a track or something. The
complicated part is that i want to be able to scroll through these
items by clicking and dragging anywhere on the list, as if you are
gripping the page. However if you just click without dragging i
want it to trigger an event as i said earlier depending on what
part of the list you click on.

Also, to make it even harder i would like to be able to
‘fling’ the page so if you release the mouse button at speed the
page continues to scroll and can be stopped by a single click.

Lastly i want, if the page reaches the bottom while it is
still moving at speed, it to bounce back to a specified place.

What i am trying to achieve with all this is very much like
the Iphone menu, As i said, i dont know if it is even possible but
please comment with help.

Thanks, Ben
