convert framemaker to X5 html

Hi. I am a new user for RH HTML (I used the X5 Winhelp
version currently.). My group recently completed a conversion of a
Framaker help file into RH X5. I do not have the files yet, but I’m
told that there are no tags now associated with the topics. Is
there a way to take the Framemaker tags and map them to new HTML
tags?
