I was wondering if any of you have some experience with site
statistics

involving how many people have logged into a site versus how
many

actually buy stuff on an e-cart site.

The reason I ask: we had a large number of people going to
the login

page, hitting submit and then not buying anything. I’ve been
asked why

this happens and I’m trying to figure out if I we are losing
people

because of problems with the cart or did they just change
their mind. I

can guess about the motivations for leaving before
purchasing, I just

wanted to see if anyone out there had a similar experience.

Thanks for your help.
