IE Bug : Tabbed Panel Content Overlaps Tabs

The Tabbed Panel Content Overlaps under the Tab buttons only
when rendered in Vista IE.

It looks correct in IE6 and FF but when it’s rendered on my
laptop with Vista it overlaps.

I tried adding a top margin but IE6 shows the margin, and FF
does not.

Obviously I am missing something……

Any help would be great.
