Missing weblink plug-in.

Does anyone know where I can get the weblink plug-in for the latest version of reader please?

The plug-in is part of the Reader X installation.

How can it be activated? It’s for a client of my company and his reader says that it’s not loaded when he tries to use the link tool.

Adobe Reader doesn’t has a Link Tool.
