IE 9, Windows Vista 64-bit, Flash Player quit working and won’t install. Error Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.55. I have deactivated User Accounts and Security, gone to Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash and Run as Administrator NPSWF32_FlashUtil, and still not working. One suggestion was to run an add-on from Macromedia, but that failed and I don’t know what the add-on was. Have also run System Restore and restored all my Internet security setttigs to default. Nothing is working!

Do a clean install.
At the install phase, use this installer: Flash Player for Internet Explorer
